Hello everyone!

Musicians modifications
- The musicians had little impact on the game. The impact on morale has been reduced. However, they now have an impact on the effectiveness of certain stations during battles or not.
- The apprenticeship to become a musician is now longer
- Updated the Book of Knowledge about musicians

Additions and changes
- From now on, positions assigned at sea and in town will be saved separately. Example: A sailor at the rigging at sea, who is then assigned to the well in town, will return to the rigging automatically when the ship goes back to sea
(Current saves will have all their sailors without a station on the first city load)
- Wind now has a slightly greater impact on steamships
- The number of watches a sailor has gone without drinking is now displayed in their personal sheet
- Slight increase in enemy abilities during boarding in all difficulties
- The tutorial city can no longer be a capital city
- Added information about the ZQSD keyboard during the French tutorial
- The "Richer than a king" achievement has been lowered
- Some words in the Book of Knowledge are now underlined for easier navigation

Bug fixes
- Fixed a bug that would cause combat to crash if your ship was sunk right after you sunk the enemy
- Fixed a bug and text when delivering a noble in a bad state to the enemy
- Fixed a bug that kept the age of the water in the scuttlebutt the same when you drained it and then added alcohol
- Fixed a bug that did not apply camera shortcut changes during a game
- Fixed a bug in the demo that didn't remove the sailors who went to help the captain solve his problem
- Fixed a bug in the demo that prevented an off-duty musician from being assigned to the music in town
- Fixed a bug that did not display well "Quit" on the demo's pause menu during a fight
- Fixed a bug that didn't properly count all musicians playing
- Fixed a bug that did not consider that the seriously ill had drunk water if he had received a water ration while other sailors had not
