Additions

- Addition of the map when negotiating with the captain about the flag being shown
- Adding a hanging event in town

Corrections

- Correction of the announcement of a quest for the butcher's son that was not displayed properly
- Fixed a bug that not respect the watches set during a negotiation to extend the duration of the current objective
- Chances of getting an artifact with a treasure map increased
- The minimum alcohol content of treasure has been increased
- The machine speed has been increased
- Cities with strong points will now always offer a minimum of resources in this category
